Main Features The SX218 is a 2x18" dual-drive, direct-radiating subwoofer with an operating range of 35Hz-150Hz ± 3dB and dual 18" long-offset (460mm) /4 "(100mm) voice coil driver with waterproof cone and three-roll surround. Each driver is rated to handle 1000 watts AES and a magnet structure is the maximum linear offset for suspension engineering. The housing is made up of multiple layers of birch coated with a durable polyurea coating. Eight reflective ports provide a large front area to reduce turbulent air noise, and the SX218 features an M20 pole mounting plug-in that adds versatility to the deployment. |
